Sunday, October 8, marks the return of the national day
Sunday, October 8, 2023 marks the return of the national museum families day. For the occasion, within the museum, which represents a historical testimony of considerable impact for the dissemination of civic engagement on safety and health issues, a rich collection of accident prevention signs will be exhibited to make it more inclusive and a place of education for prevention and safety in workplaces and in daily life.

Families at the Museum is the most important cultural event in Italy dedicated to children, which promotes and facilitates the meeting between families and many exhibition venues.

The event will see the participation of our Museum which, with its fire and accident prevention signage, will be an even more inclusive museum.

The museum visit lasts approximately 1 hour and includes, in addition to the museum visit (without a guide), the possibility of dressing up as firefighters and spending time in the two (or three play areas when at least 20 visitors are reached, who can play old-fashioned games) and the one with firefighter-themed inflatable games (Grisu's castle, the Fire Station, climbing, the caterpillar, Hula Hoop, etc.).

At the end of the visit, children will be given a rigid card that they can cut out at home with their parents to create a Fire Department aerial ladder.

Only for Sunday will the entrance ticket price be reduced:

Adults: 8 euros

Children from 2 to 12 years old: 5 euros

Disabled: free

The Museum will observe the following hours: from 09.00 to 12.30 and from 16.30 to 19.00. To enter, it is necessary to book by calling 0884541995 or 3400852706, specifying the number of visitors and age group.
