The Historical Museum of Firefighters and the Italian Red Cross among the protagonists of ExpoLevante in Bari thanks to an exceptional piece brought especially for the prestigious exhibition: the 1918 BL18 ambulance.
The vehicle, in all its splendor, is proudly displayed in the vintage vehicle pavilion curated by the Antique Car and Carriage Club, attracting crowds of families and curious onlookers.
On display until April 25th, before returning to Manfredonia at the Firefighter Museum's headquarters, the Fiat 18 BL ambulance was instrumental in the Italian victory in the Great War and is one of the ambulances driven by writer Ernest Hemingway in 1918.
