Every summer, the international publishing house Twinkl, based in England, aims to find the best Italian places to spend holidays with the whole family and awards them with its recognition.
This year, the "Best Attraction for Families with Children 2024" award went to the Historical Museum of Firefighters and the Italian Red Cross in Manfredonia. The 2500 sqm facility houses about three thousand perfectly preserved artifacts, educational workshops, play areas with fire-themed inflatables and old-fashioned games (tug-of-war, sack race, crawling race, capture the flag, and hula hoop) that make it an ideal place to visit with the whole family and led Twinkl to offer it this year's award.
