Every summer, the international publishing house Twinkl, based in England, sets out to find the best Italian places to spend a holiday with the whole family and rewards them with its recognition.
This year, the “Best attraction for families with children 2024” award went to the Historical Museum of Firefighters and the Italian Red Cross in Manfredonia. The 2,500 m2 structure houses around three thousand perfectly preserved artefacts, educational workshops, play areas with firefighter-themed inflatable games and traditional games (tug of war, sack race, crawl race, capture the flag and hula hoop) that make it an ideal place to visit with the whole family and have led Twinkl to offer it this year's award.
