"Pompieropoli" event

After the extraordinary success of past editions, the great "Pompieropoli" event, beloved by children and parents, is back by popular demand.

Remember what Grisù the little dragon used to say? When I grow up, I want to be a firefighter! A true hero's profession that fascinates children all over the world.
To learn more about their work, don't miss Pompieropoli, which will be held on Sunday, September 21 2025, from 9:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Historical Museum of Firefighters and the Italian Red Cross in Manfredonia. Here, adults and children can play together to experience simulated emergency situations and learn how to prevent and mitigate risks. For the activity, both adults and children are required to wear appropriate clothing (jacket and helmet), which will be provided by the Museum.
An experience full of surprises awaits you. For the occasion, we will visit the largest, most interesting, and spectacular museum in the world, a place packed with vehicles, uniforms, headgear, memorabilia, photographs, archival documents, equipment, and much more.

Event Program
- Arrival at the museum;
- Entertainment in the firefighter's cafeteria, which can accommodate up to 100 people;
- Children and adults (optional) will be dressed as firefighters, including a jacket and helmet;
- Fun courses of increasing difficulty and spectacular settings (tunnel crossing, climbing wall and ramp, and a small theater for fun photos)
- Guided tour of the museum, equipped with virtual reality;
- Jeep Willis for unforgettable souvenir photos
- Firefighter-themed inflatable play area + Fireman Sam's house + traditional games (tug of war, sack race, hula hoop, capture the flag, basketball, etc.)
- At the end of the guided tour, children will be taken to the adjacent outdoor area to practice putting out fires with real fire extinguishers and to take part in skill tests (walking on a beam).

At the end of the program, children will receive an official "Little Fireman" certificate + a special gift.

During the event, you can relax in the Fireman's Cafeteria (100 seats) with a spectacular Canadair and helicopter display!
